Updo’s Studio offers fully on-site wedding hair and makeup across the U.S. and abroad, with frequent service throughout North Carolina and the Southeast. Key cities we serve in North Carolina include Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Raleigh, Charlotte, Beaufort, Asheville, as well as Charleston, SC—and we happily travel beyond, including internationally. Our travel is streamlined and transparent: quotes are customized by location, timeline, and artist count so you know exactly what to expect. From sunrise beach ceremonies to black-tie city soirées overseas, you’ll get the same calm, punctual, award-winning experience—delivered wherever you say “I do.”

Our VIP Experience comes with so many perks. We know it also comes with some questions though, so here are a few answers to some frequently asked questions.
Q: What all can my personal assistant do for me?
A: The most important thing the personal assistant can do is provide touch ups for both hair and makeup. That way you can have full confidence your hair & makeup will be on point for your pictures and ceremony. They can also help with veil placement and getting into your dress, etc: anything beauty related.
Q: What if my bridal party is greater than 15 people or between packages?
A: If your party is greater than 15 people total, that's no problem. Give us a call! We specialize in large parties and would be glad to work with you. We'll simply add an additional fee per person. This also applies if you're between packages.
Q: What if my bridal party is less than 6 people?
A: If your wedding is Monday-Thursday or during the off seasons, that should be no problem. Give us a call!
If your wedding is Friday-Sunday and during the peak seasons, we're sad to say we can rarely accommodate parties of less than 6 in those circumstances. With that said, please give us a call anyway so we can talk through the details. Every year is different, so there's always the possibility we're available!
Also, regardless of the size of your party, if you're ever desperate and in a dire situation (like if your hair/makeup artist canceled on you last minute), please call us. If we can help you in your time of need, we will most certainly try to do so!
Q: I want to do one of your packages, but my wedding will not be in one of the areas on your website!
A: If that's the case, please give us a call! We travel to any city and any state. We love to travel!
