Welcome to UpdosStudio.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or booking services with Updo’s Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or book services.

• You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.

• Content on this site, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Updo’s Studio and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days before your wedding or event, unless otherwise arranged.

• Additional fees (such as early start times, travel, valet/parking, or glam waves) may apply and will be outlined in your invoice or service contract.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event are subject to full payment of the contracted amount.

• Updo’s Studio does not provide refunds for cancellations, Acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will work with you to reschedule when possible.

4. Vendor Referrals

With your consent, we may connect you with trusted wedding vendors (such as florists or photographers). We will never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

• Updo’s Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to allergic reactions, delays, or issues beyond our control.

• We recommend trial sessions to confirm your desired style and to disclose any allergies or sensitivities.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on UpdosStudio.com, including logos, images, designs, and text, are the property of Updo’s Studio. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
